    混凝土擋土墻工程施工技術
    Construction Technology of Concrete Retaining Wall
    1、基槽挖土方:本工程挖基槽土方采用挖掘挖機及人工配合進行開挖。挖基配合墻體施工分段進行,先測量放線,定出開挖中線及邊線,起點及終點,設立樁標,注明高程及開挖深度,用1m3反鏟挖掘機開挖,多余的土方裝車外運棄土。在施工過程中,應根據實際需要設置排水溝及集水抗進行施工排水,保證工作面干燥以及基底不被水浸。

    6、現澆墻身砼:現澆鋼筋砼擋土墻與基礎的結合面,應按施工縫處理,即先進行鑿毛,將松散部分的砼及浮漿鑿除,并用水清洗干凈,然后架立墻身模板,砼開始澆灌時,先在結合面上刷一層水泥漿或墊一層2―3公分厚的1:2水泥砂漿再澆灌墻身砼。
    6.     墻身模板采用光面七夾板拼裝,豎枋用8×10cm枋間距為40cm,用鋼管作圍楞,用8×10cm的木枋作斜撐進行支撐,側模用ф16的螺栓對拉定位,螺栓間距為80cm,螺栓穿孔可采用內徑為20―25cm的硬塑料管,拆模時,將螺栓拔出,再用1:2水泥砂漿堵塞螺栓孔,墻身模板視高度情況分一次立模到頂和二次立模的辦法,一般4米高之內為一次立模,超過4米高的可分二次立模,亦可一次立模。當砼落高大于2.0m時,要采用串筒輸送砼入倉,或采用人工分灰,避免砼產生離析。砼由砼加工廠,用砼運輸車運至現場,在墻頂搭設平臺,用吊機吊送砼至平臺進行澆灌,砼澆灌從低處開始分層均勻進行,分層厚度一般為30n,采用插入式振搗器振搗,振搗棒移動距離不應超過其作用半徑的1.5倍,并與側模保持5―10cm的距離,切勿漏振或過振。在砼澆灌過程中,如表面泌水過多,應及時將水排走或采取逐層減水措施,以免產生松頂,澆灌到頂面后,應及時抹面,定漿后再二次抹面,使表面平整。

The moving distance of the vibrating rod should not exceed 1.5 times of its acting radius, and the distance between the concrete truck and the side formwork should be kept 5-10cm, so as not to leak or overvibrate. In the process of concrete pouring, if the surface bleeds too much, the water should be drained away in time or water reduction measures should be taken layer by layer, so as to avoid loose roof. After pouring to the top, the surface should be smeared in time, after slurry fixing, and then twice to make the surface smooth.
    砼澆灌過程中應派出木工、鋼筋工、電工及試驗工在現場值班,發現問題及時處理。
